• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to apply the deposit to a future session. No-shows forfeit the payment.

• Liability: Elysian Visions Production Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during studio sessions.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Photo Clearance Policy

 

By booking a session or visiting our studio, you grant Elysian Visions Production Studios permission to use captured images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

• Photo Rights Clause: Clients receive high-resolution, edited digital images for personal or commercial use as specified in their package. RAW or unedited files are not provided.

• Usage: We may use select photos for marketing, including social media, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your session.

• Ownership: Elysian Visions Production Studios retains copyright ownership of all photographs taken. Clients may use their images for personal purposes, but resale or third-party commercial use requires written permission.
